Starting Pay: $16/hour
Shift(s): 1st
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Exposure to high volume orders.
- Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft programs and data entry
Primary Duties Include:
- The Customer Service Representative communicates with customers in order to service their product receiving, storing, shipping, and quality needs and requirements.
- In this role, you will also interact with carriers, drivers, vendors, and contractors.
- You can advance your skillset and build relationships with outside vendors and customers.
- You will be entering orders, filing, answering phone, faxing and performing all clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
