Starting Pay: $16.50/hour DOE

Requirements & Skills:
· The ability to multi-task, process orders and maintain excellent people skills is needed.
· This position requires experience in a shipping/receiving department.
· Experience in a customer service environment.
· Experience in a shipping/receiving department.
· Exposure to fast paced environments.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
· Familiarity with SAP database is a plus.
· Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
Primary Duties Include:
· The main focus of this role is to carry out all customer service activities in a timely and professional manner.
· This includes but is not limited to; responding to inquiries, data entry, processing orders, answering phones, scheduling and interacting with customers and drivers.
