Warehouse Worker/Machine Operator
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
LaPorte, IN
$19.00 - $22.00/hour – based on shift, experience, and position
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00a – 3:00p
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00p – 11:00p
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00p – 7:00a
Must be open to all shifts and possible OT
Requirements & Skills:
· High School Diploma
· 2 years’ experience working in a production environment
· Experience in forklift operation or remote overhead crane
Primary Duties Include:
· Operation of sit-down forklifts and remote overhead cranes
· Operating cut to length lines and slitters, entering measurements into computer
· Working as a team to get product loaded and unloaded from machines
· Prepare and package finished material
· Data entry and reporting shortages to supervisors
· Construct skids and pallets
· Check packing list before final shipments to ensure correct products are going out
