Line Finisher/Finishing Operator | LaPorte, IN
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Starting Pay: $16.27/hr (1st) - $17.02/hr (3rd)
Shift(s): 1st: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm --- 3rd: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm --- Possible OT if needed
Requirements & Skills:
• Understand and use work instructions, part specific document.
• Accurately report production and scrap.
• Complete required quality documents.
• Check parts against quality standards and inspection standards.
• Complete assigned tasks: laminator, brake press, cut to length, grinder, corner weld-make reels,
• pack and tab.
• Inspect and sort parts as required.
• Complete assigned tasks per Production Advisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
