Position Summary: Primarily responsible for servicing established client accounts to identify employment needs, recommend process improvements; and hire, fire, assign, and reassign qualified associates to job openings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sourcing candidates with provided tools, creating new sourcing techniques, and pre-qualifying candidates using various methods.
· Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and internet database searches.
· Guide and work closely with JMJ customer hiring managers to ensure that requisitions that are opened, and jobs are posted accordingly.
· Completing set up of hiring documentation according to JMJ company policies.
· Conduct all in-office drug screens with candidates and enter results into the employee file.
· Ensuring onboarding paperwork is processed correctly in company ATS.
· Create open orders and assignments with the ATS and ensure placements are entered before payroll closes.
· Comply with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
· 2 years of experience within the Staffing and Recruiting industry, employee relations, compensation, employment laws, training, and workforce planning; Experience working in manufacturing and matrix environments a plus
· Proven track record of driving solutions, process improvement, and taking the initiative
· Good at determining the processes necessary to get things done; knows how to organize people and activities; can simplify complex processes
· Strong communication (both verbal and written), ability to coach others, troubleshooting, sound business acumen, and problem-solving
· Must have a valid driver's license as it is required for all internal staff to travel to offices and client sites as needed.
