JMP Benefits Group has experienced tremendous revenue growth in the last few years and needs a new team member to help continue that growth into the future.
The Employee Benefits Consultant will be responsible for developing new client relationships as well as maintaining existing client relationships. This role contacts employers to market our services, meets with them to develop strategies that support their goals, and executes that strategy with their employees.
All applicants should:
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be goal oriented
- Have strong time management
- Be able to come up with creative problem-solving ideas
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and similar software
- Have a Life, Accident, & Health Insurance License or be able to obtain one.
- Outside sales experience is desired but not a requirement.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
