We’re partnering with a leading global BPO in search of a strategic, people-first HR Director to lead their Mesa-based HR function during a period of growth and transformation. Relocation support to Mesa is available for the right candidate.
As HR Director, you’ll take ownership of all people-related matters for a 700 strong site. You’ll be the cultural and strategic anchor, ensuring HR strategy meets the operational realities of high-performance, compliance-heavy client programs. You’ll lead a team of HRBPs, coordinators, and an existing HR Manager, and report directly into the senior site leadership.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead and evolve a high-performing HR team
Drive complex employee relations (ER) case management and guidance
Influence senior stakeholders and support multiple high-demand client accounts
Be the cultural custodian – modelling a solutions-oriented, collaborative HR approach
Actively participate in site leadership planning, program launches, and org change
Strategically assess and evolve HR operations to ensure scalability and agility
Ideal Candidate
HR Director or Senior HRBP with proven ER expertise, ideally from a BPO background
7 years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sectors (BPO, logistics, retail, manufacturing)
Strong communicator and influencer – you coach, lead, and listen
Comfortable with detail-driven client environments and robust compliance requirements
Deep understanding of the Mesa community and frontline workforce challenges preferred—but not essential with strong leadership and adaptability

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
