Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform general ledger reconciliation
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions
- Assist with accounting tasks
- Support accounting functions
- Provide clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in debits and credits
- Understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting software systems
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures
- Prior experience in accounts payable and corporate accounting is a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel
