Summary Of The Position
The responsibility of the office/front-end manager is to train and assist all incoming employees within the department on company policies, procedures, and New York State law. The office/front end manager oversees the daily functions of the office, customer service desk, cashiers, and at times the store. They process and oversee the process' of accounts receivables, lotto, safe audits, weekly cash reports, WIC, check cashing, etc. The office/front end manager assists with the hiring process for the department, completes weekly schedules, and audits the team to ensure procedures and policies are followed. At times, the office/front end manager will assist with closing the store.

Previous Office Management Required
Flexible availability
Grocery and/or retail experience preferred;
Exceptional communication skills;
Highly motivated individual;
Team player with the ability to hold others accountable;
Ability to multitask, be focused and efficient;
The ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time;
Ability to reliably commute, or plan to relocate before beginning employment.
