Overview :
This position is responsible for developing and managing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and the Microsoft 365 productivity platform. As part of the IT team, the role will support business intelligence and reporting needs to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to analyze key business metrics.
- Utilize T-SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring effective database utilization.
- Provide actionable insights based on in-depth data analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership, administrative departments, and executive management to identify and address key reporting needs.
- Develop automated reporting processes using Microsoft 365 office platforms.
- Work with IT team members to streamline and automate data collection and processing.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support decision-making processes by delivering clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Assist in developing training resources for end-users.
