Our client, a law firm in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team!
This is an onsite / full-time / direct-hire position
Salary based on experience : $80k-$95k

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel on corporate and business transactions.
- Assist business clients with entity formation, contract drafting, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
- Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to address legal needs.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client service.
