Our client in Columbus, OH is seeking an IT M anager to join their team!
This is an onsite / full-time / direct hire / position
Salary based on experience : $100k-130k Bonus Opportunity
As IT Manager, you will lead the maintenance and improvement of systems, driving technology solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and agility. Collaborating with the CEO and leadership team, you will align IT goals with business objectives, manage high-level projects, and deliver impactful recommendations that influence the bottom line.
Short-Term Outcomes
- Within 1 Month
Gain comprehensive knowledge of company operations, IT systems, and external vendors.
Actively participate in 2025 IT project execution.
Fully assume management of IT functions.
500k by 15% within 12 months.
Hire an IT Administrator to focus on sustainment, enabling strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
Routine NetSuite ERP updates, user / network support, and hardware setup.
Manage Office 365, SharePoint, Intermedia Phone System, and server configurations.
Oversee NetSuite system design, BOM revisions, and data integrity.
Plan and execute advanced NetSuite development projects (e.g., KPIs, custom tools).
