Our client in Washington, DC is seeking a motivated Salesforce Project Manager. to join their team.
This is a hybrid / full-time / contract position
Hourly range based on experience : $70-$85 / HR
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join us in delivering innovative technology solutions for a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. In this role, we're looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive on providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client-facing advisor, coach, mentor, and accountable manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.
Responsibilities :
- Serving as a delivery leader, accountable for the completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance
- Supporting delivery operations, building, and maintaining client relationships, fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment.
- Developing and leading teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.
- Manage a team of approximately 5-10 people.
- Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team.
- Handling challenging client situations and offering guidance & direction to client executives
