Position Summary : Responsible for proposal / pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for assigned region. Residency Required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the coordination, preparation, and review of various proposal and marketing-related submissions, including standard government form proposals (SF 330), qualification packages, technical proposals, presentations, client prequalifications, etc. Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery and proposal closeoutDevelop pursuit outlinesParticipate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.Prepare major sections of pursuits, including but not limited to, project descriptions and resumes, tailored for specific pursuit. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop other pursuit contentCoordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, and reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance / quality controlAssist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer serviceResearch websites, and other business publications in search of project opportunities for professional services. When opportunities are found, enter data for these opportunities into marketing database (CRM), tracking leads and associated go / no go decisions, and wins or lossesUpdate, maintain, and produce marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, subconsultant information, etc.Work closely and interact with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clientsGather information, conduct market research about prospects / clients / projects, and participate in the development of various business collateral to support continued strategic growthEfficiently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, keeping a commitment to delivering exceptional quality deliverablesGenerates reports for technical staff on marketing efforts, when neededOrganizational support of office, regional and corporate marketing effortsProvide marketing essential functions and responsibilities, as neededAdhere to JMT Brand GuidelinesAdherence to JMT’s Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 : 2015 Marketing proceduresNonessential Functions and Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, business, or related field3-6 years relevant A / E / C industry experienceKnowledge of the RFP structure and proposal processPreferred Experience
Proven ability in editing technical documents, thoroughly reviewing and proofreading content for accuracy, grammar, and styleExceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, ensures thorough and efficient completion of tasksA self-driven person capable of both collaborative teamwork and independent workProficient in CRM SystemsProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Working Conditions
Work can be performed on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in office. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
