Position Summary : JMT is seeking a Water Resources Design Engineer to join the Trenton, NJ Water Resources group. The Design Engineer will perform design tasks under the supervision of a registered professional engineer. JMT is looking for a design engineer who is nimble, adaptable, and resourceful to join our team in delivering projects throughout the region. The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment 75% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required as needed.
Applicant will need a valid driver license and mode of transportation to conduct site visits, field investigations, or inspections.
