Key Responsibilities
Business Development Campaigns
- Serve as the primary connection between the brand / marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design, implement, and refine outbound campaigns that elevate our brand positioning and expand the sales pipeline.
- Translate marketing initiatives into actionable strategies for business development outreach.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and integrate insights to enhance marketing and brand strategies.
- Ensure all outreach reflects up-to-date messaging, service offerings, and value propositions.
Outbound Sales Enablement
Collaborate with sales teams to support direct outreach efforts, driving engagement and conversions.Assist regional teams in prioritizing prospects, ensuring a seamless flow through the sales pipeline.Provide tactical insights and motivate teams to execute follow-ups effectively.Monitor performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies in real-time.Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
Build strong relationships with sales and marketing leadership, ensuring cohesive strategies.Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and feedback from sales teams to guide leadership decisions.Project Management
Lead and support high-impact projects for the business development team.Manage firm-wide strategic initiatives that require detailed project management expertise.Qualifications
Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a focus on both strategy and execution.Proven success in executive communication and campaign performance tracking.Strong ability to simplify complex marketing concepts for effective sales outreach.Familiarity with sales processes and experience partnering with sales teams.Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with modern technology and tools.Mindset
