What are the responsibilities and job description for the McDonalds Training Coordinator position at JN House Enterprises McDonald's?
The Training Coordinator shall be responsible for assisting the Director of Training in all aspects of the McDonald's Organizational Training Program, including in Store Certifications. The position requires the Training Coordinator to work in the field and at the Training/Model Restaurants. Dependability and punctuality are a must.
The duties/behaviors listed below are not all inclusive and may change as training initiatives change:
Expectations:
· Schedule and coordinate training classes.
· Spend time in assigned restaurants coaching on the floor and participating in shoulder -to- shoulder training with team members.
· Complete self-training learning modules in FRED to gain an understanding of the classes being taught, become certified in updated McDonald's initiatives.
· Watch NABIT webcasts and partake in training sessions online.
· Track and report training data and follow up on team certifications.
· Become serve safe level 1 & 2 certified in order to proctor tests for team members.
· Required to travel to restaurants as needed.
· The Training Manager must be respectful and positive when in the stores conducting training and interacting with crew, managers and guests.
· Must participate actively and coach on behaviors and procedures at the restaurant level.
· Be positive and acknowledge other’s efforts and accomplishments
· Conveys clear expectations for assignments and follow-up to make sure that there is understanding.
· We must put the guest first and respond to all guests respectfully and professionally with a focus on hospitality.
· Utilize training planners and training assignments as outlined by the Director of Training, working closely with the Training Store GM, People Manager and Supervisors.
· Must be able to take direction and work through opportunities for continued growth and development.
