JN White Designs Screenprint INC is a dynamic and growing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping department.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and packaging parts for shipment, maintaining accurate shipping records, and conferring with establishment representatives to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process. You will also be responsible for determining shipping methods for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package parts for shipment.
- Maintain all shipping records and keep files and papers organized.
- Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems.
- Determine shipping methods for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- May also be responsible for inspecting, waste stripping, and/or packaging of product.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a keen eye to detail and ability to count and apply basic math skills.
JN White Designs Screenprint INC offers a competitive compensation package within the range of $16.25 - $17.00 per hour.
