JOB SUMMARY:
Set up and operate Lamination machine. Will include hand applying product and assembling multi-constructions, inspecting windows for overlays and back splitting product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read job bags and blue prints
- Follow written procedures and complete daily production records as necessary
- Maintain both quality and production standards
- Set up and run laminator
- Set up and run Grommet
- Inspect and Pre-mask Windows
- Set up and run back splitter
- Cut raw materials
- Set up and run corner rounder
- Hand apply/guide adhesive and materials
- Fill out inventory tags
