JNBA Financial Advisors is searching for a Client Account Specialist (CAS) who shares our firm’s values and truly enjoys helping others. As a client service role, key attributes expected from this team member are professionalism, strong attention to detail, proven communication skills, and upholding the strictest confidentiality. A CAS should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role. This position is responsible for ensuring that client account and personal information is accurately maintained both at the firm and with the custodian. As part of our advice driven by advocacy® approach, a CAS is an important member of a client’s advisory team to fulfill client requests as well as troubleshoot issues and address client questions, often directly with the client. This team member is expected to collaborate with advisory team members and must be solution-focused and forward-thinking.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 years of personal wealth management industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Series 65 required, or must be obtained within three months of joining team
- A strong desire to learn JNBA’s tools and processes
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other software applications
