Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC duct systems, including duct board, sheet metal, and fiberglass components, following blueprints and specifications
• Cut, fit, and assemble ductwork and sheet metal to meet design requirements, ensuring that all components fit properly
• Inspect HVAC duct systems and components for optimal performance and perform necessary maintenance or repairs
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Follow company safety standards, protocols, and ensure adherence to local codes
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs to management
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC duct systems, including duct board, sheet metal, and fiberglass
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and building codes
• Ability to perform high-quality work with precision and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and at heights
• Proactive with a positive attitude, committed to producing exceptional results and adhering to safety standards
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to and from job sites
