Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment in various settings, including condos, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
- Inspect newly installed components to confirm proper operation.
- Keep accurate records of systems, data, and any parts used during service visits.
- Identify and report any system inefficiencies or potential issues.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Follow instructions, plans, and schedules as directed by job supervision.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and service.
- Possess or have the ability to acquire the necessary tools for the job.
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
- VRF training is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
