We have strong partnerships with senior living communities (assisted living, independent living, memory care), handling moving transfers, junk removal, and move-in/move-out services.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a partner and sales/marketing leader to help grow JND. This is an equity-based opportunity—your compensation will be based on the success of the business through commission and profit-sharing. Responsibilities:
* Public speaking & networking – Represent JND at BNI, HBCA, Realtors Associations, and other industry-related groups.
* Lead generation & business development – Establish and strengthen relationships with senior living communities, HOAs, retirement communities, property managers, and commercial clients.
* Internet marketing – Implement digital strategies, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to generate leads.
* Client relationship management – Maintain and grow existing business relationships to secure long-term contracts.
