Job Description :
This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Lead / Box Truck Driver position with JNJ Delivery LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. In this role you will load and transport Amazon packages from a Delivery Station in Carteret, NJ to a designated location in Manhattan. You will be working with a team of Walker Delivery Associates to deliver all packages on the truck.

- Military veterans are welcome! This is a veteran owned business.
- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus , but not mandatory
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Benefits & Scheduling :

Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicleFollow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and Company policiesProvide excellent communication and guidance to Walker Delivery Associates despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a box truck repeatedly throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.Communicate effectively with support team, leadership, and Walker Delivery Associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in a box truckSupport the team in daily work requirements including assisting Walker Delivery Associates complete their routes through coaching and guidanceRequirements :
Must be at least 21 years oldMust hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skillsEquipment Provided :
