This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Walker Delivery Associate position with JNJ Delivery LLC an Amazon Delivery Service Partner.

In this role you will deliver Amazon packages from a designated location in

Manhattan to various customers. You will be working with a team of Walker Delivery

Associates to deliver all packages for the company.

We need Reliable, Team oriented, Hard workers who pay attention to details, can

quickly problem solve a wide range of situations and win in a fast-paced environment!

Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Benefits and Scheduling :

STARTING at $17.50 / hour (paid Weekly )

Paid training

7-hour shifts are typical

5-day workweek is typical, but there is flexibility

Must work one weekend day per week

Daytime shift, you will be home at night

Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Safely deliver packages and follow customer instructions

Provide excellent customer service despite stressful events / conditions

Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); with or without reasonable accommodation.

Communicate effectively with support team, leadership, and other Walker Delivery Associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

Walk 6-10 miles in a shift

Support the team in daily work requirements including assisting other Walker Delivery Associates completing their routes

Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid driver's license or state ID

Authorized to work in the United States

Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Equipment Provided :

Handheld technology

Uniforms

Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment
