- Lead our Parts Team.
- Previous parts experience with Heavy and Light Equipment, but those familiar with other equipment manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
- We will also consider those in the Trucking, Agricultural equipment, forklift, and other similar types of dealership parts operations.
Basic Responsibilities
- Manage Parts Department
- Supervise Parts Department personnel
- Develop and attain annual objectives
- Maintain and increase current customer base
- Manage Parts inventory
- Manage Parts ordering from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for special purchases and expediting backorders
- Ensure customer invoices are confirmed
- Schedule opening, closing, and vacation hours for employees
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments on a daily basis
- Perform the typical duties of the Parts Manager
- Other typical Parts Manager duties.
Qualifications:
- Parts operations and inventory management experience
- Ability to obtain and prepare Parts quotes
- Previous experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Possess exceptional customer service, organizational, time management, and communication skills
