Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support our global employee listening programs, aimed at enhancing the employee experience. In this role, you will help manage and implement survey initiatives that drive engagement and build people leader capability within J&J. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and project management skills, with expertise in data management, metrics and reporting, data visualization, and a desire to learn and grow in the field of employee listening and people analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end processes for enterprise-wide employee surveys (e.g., onboarding engagement, exit), including communications, survey and report design, administration, hierarchy management, translation, end-user support and testing, and quality assurance.
- Work in close collaboration with members of the Employee Listening team and across People Analytics in service of the data and analytics portfolio for HR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, HR Technology, IT) and business leaders to ensure that employee listening tools and processes are effectively integrated into the broader employee experience strategy.
- Deliver insights and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leaders, and additional HR and business stakeholders.
- Manage and integrate large survey and HRIS datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through careful entry, review, and cleaning, along with proper documentation and quality control.
- Help create standard operating procedures for employee listening surveys and seek ways to continuously improve processes.
- Help oversee vendor relationships for employee listening tools, ensuring effective implementation, service delivery, and alignment with program goals while troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy, security, and control requirements throughout all employee listening processes and ensure data is collected and stored in a secure and compliant manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee listening and analytics, using this knowledge to recommend continuous improvements and innovations.
- Desire for continuous learning in analytic skillset and technology, including. But not limited to, advanced analytics and GenAI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or a related field
- 2 years of experience working with large complex datasets
- Must be proficient working with large complex datasets; Advanced Proficiency in Excel; Complex Project Management; Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis applying spreadsheet tools (such as Excel).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI or Visier).
- Experience with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of HR concepts and processes preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to analyze sophisticated data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects while adapting to ambiguity and changing business demands.
- Attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy and integrity.
- Prior experience with HR data and reporting preferred.
- Familiarity with employee listening tools and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, Perceptyx, Google Forms) is a plus.
