Summary:
The Advanced Technologies and Innovations Deployment Specialist is responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process.
Responsibilities:
- Deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams, being accountable for the deployment strategy, driving value proposition and value capture, acting as the Global Technology Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for deployed technologies, ensuring global alignment with key stakeholders, and authoring technical documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree (Biologic or Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain preferred)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with leadership, presentation skills (general presence) and adaptability
- Project management expertise with experience in technology and pharmaceuticals.
- Should have some experience or exposure in business excellence and general manufacturing optimization.
- Ideally experience within GMP mfg.
- Must have leadership & presentation skills (general presence) and show adaptability
