Summary:
The Brand Protection Lab Analyst (Temporary Contractor) will support the Brand Protection Lab's operations by managing and inspecting product samples and ensuring the integrity of processes. This role will require strong attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and effective coordination with internal team.
Responsibilities:
• Sample Management:
o Manage inventory, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure an accurate chain of custody for all product samples.
• Sample Inspections:
o Perform visual inspections and packaging forensic analysis (excluding chemical forensic analysis).
o Prepare detailed Inspection Reports summarizing findings and results.
• Coordination and Communication:
o Collaborate with brand protection associates to facilitate sample management and inspection workflows.
o Ensure timely updates and accurate reporting of sample status.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Quality Lab Inspections and basic lab procedures.
• Proficiency in Sample and Inventory Management processes.
• Knowledge of Product Packaging Inspection and Forensic Analysis (no chemical analysis required).
• Strong Organizational Skills with an emphasis on maintaining meticulous records.
• Technical Acumen with attention to detail in lab and quality processes.
• Proficiency in Basic Data Analysis to support reporting and process improvement.
• Process Thinking and ability to follow detailed procedures accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a Quality Lab Inspector role or similar laboratory environment.
• Ability to produce high-quality Technical Reports and documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
