Pay : Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours : 24-29 per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday, on call, Weekends as needed
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Conduct on-site investigations of utility and communication damages
- Develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, and personnel
- Understand and utilize State One Call Laws and Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards
- Collect and process investigation materials using proprietary software
- Assist Claims Recovery team with post-investigation tasks
- Maintain a working knowledge of the entire claims process
