JNR Hotels is hiring 1 full time and 2 part time Maintenance technician/Houseman for 2 of our properties in the Hartford Manchester area.
This is a full-time, year-round position. Maintenance team members are responsible for fixing problems such as replacing drains, repairing leaky faucets, troubleshooting air conditioner units, cleaning pools, and miscellaneous carpentry repairs such as patching sheetrock, painting, or tightening hand racks, service ramps, or ladders.
Our ideal candidate will have past maintenance experience, be comfortable working on a team or alone, and be responsible for company property and equipment.
Tp subsidize work load public space and exterior common area cleaning is also the responsibility of this position as is maintenance of our pools and or Whirlpool.
Experience with pool maintenance is preferred
