We are seeking a professional and experienced Field Service Manager to oversee the quality of floor care services at client sites. In this role, you will provide leadership and support to employees, ensuring that quality standards and client expectations are consistently met, and communicate and promote excellence in all aspects of the role.
Field Service Manager Summary:
Full-time role, which reports to the Operations Manager, scheduled Monday-Friday from 2:00 pm-10:00 pm with the flexibility to respond to emergency after-hours requests and meet for administrative activities 1-2 times a week.
Seeking someone who operates with professionalism and a high degree of urgency. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Spanish speaking ability is preferred for effective communication with teams.
Field Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily floor maintenance based on recurring work orders, one-time requests, and emergency services
- Inspect the quality of services and maintain accurate records
- Providing training and development workshops in core skills and equipment use
- Collaborate with management for client location access and scope
- Identify opportunities for improvement through audits, corrective actions, and preventative measures.
- Respond to emergency calls, coordinating prompt action and internal communication as necessary.
- Monitor hours worked and review and approve time cards for payroll processing.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.

Required Qualifications:
