Description:
As a Floor Care Technician is responsible for completing routine, specialized, and emergency services at multiple client sites. The position requires flexibility, as you may be working at various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to job sites to complete services
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and emergency services
- Specialized floor care (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing hard surface floors)
- Carpet cleaning and extracting
- Secure work areas using appropriate safety procedures
- Follow all company and safety rules and regulations
- Ensure cleanliness of the work site after service completion
- Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies are in good working order
- Organize supplies and vehicles at various locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:00 pm-12:00 am
Recommended Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
- Highly organized and dependable
- Good eye for detail
