Job Title: Part-Time Production Shop Team Member
Hours: Regular, part-time schedule during our Day Shift, approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. More hours may be required during busier times of the year, and less hours may be required during our slower seasons. A schedule will be provided 1-2 weeks in advance if changes to the normal schedule will occur, otherwise expect a fairly regular weekly schedule.
Compensation: $15-$17 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
This is a Flex position and responsibilities will vary from day to day.
- Duties will include:
- Assist our current production staff in fulfilling our customer orders
- Sorting and counting apparel products
- Quality checking of finished products
- Packaging finished orders and preparing orders for delivery/shipping
- Heat Pressing operations
- Digital Printing operations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to use a computer and web-browser based software to track daily tasks
- Must be able to pick up boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to use a ladder to organize bins/boxes on shelving.
- Must be able to help pack large orders in a van.
Salary : $15 - $17
