Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Retail Supervisor will play a crucial role in leading the sales team, driving retail sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties

• Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including shift management, stock management, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that promote wireless products and services.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on wireless products preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
