We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Jo-Ann Stores, LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Greet every customer, use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs, and ask open-ended questions to learn about their project requirements.
- Process Transactions: Process customer transactions at the cutting counter and cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Stock and Maintain Shelves: Stock shelves accurately according to planogram, maintain high standards throughout the sales floor, and clean up any spills/messes promptly.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting and engaging with customers.
- Physical Requirements: Stand during an entire shift, continuously walk around the store, read written instructions, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
