Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to learn about their project needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the cutting counter and cash register.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while stocking shelves accurately according to planogram.
- Clean and recover shelves, put away returns, and clean up any spills/messes in a timely manner.
- Participate in store activities such as Education Classes and Custom Framing.
Requirements
- Stand for long periods during an entire shift (other than normal break time).
- Walk around all areas of the store throughout the shift.
- Read written instructions, reports, and other information on paper and computer screens.
- Orcally communicate with customers and other team members on a consistent basis.
- Input data on computer keyboard and handheld units.
