Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces according to company standards.
- Handle various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, showers, ovens and sanitizing surfaces.
- Prepare properties for new tenants or owners by conducting deep cleans after rentals or construction.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used safely.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials or chemicals safely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel between job sites and carry supplies.
