Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. The primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing efforts, product marketing, using market research, pricing, communications, advertising, and public relations. The SMM ensures the organization’s message is consistent and engaging and that it drives the company’s overall growth strategy. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions of the Job: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging professional development and growth. Product Marketing: Create and maintain a long-range vision for Product Evolution. Work closely with product development (R&D), engineering, and customer service teams to understand the product life cycle and create go-to-market strategies for product launches. Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media, and partners to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility. Marketing Strategy Development: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content. Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to differentiate the company from competitors. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results. Market Research & Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with material suppliers and our ancillary OEM network for market intelligence and joint marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the industry. Sales Support & Customer Relationship Management: Oversee customer experience initiatives to improve customer retention and loyalty. Collaborate with the sales department to develop sales tools, presentations, and other materials that support the sales process. Event Management: Oversee the Marketing Teams execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company’s products and services. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful event execution. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing investments and adherence to financial constraints. Public Relations and Communications: Develop and manage relationships with media and PR agencies to ensure positive media coverage and manage corporate communications. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.   Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and product marketing. Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. Ability to work in the Sheboygan Falls, WI office daily - when not traveling for work. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.   Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Strong understanding of emerging marketing trends and technologies. Experience in global or multi-national marketing operations. Creative problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Results-driven with a customer-first approach.
