We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Marketing Associate to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, photo editing, and content creation for both digital and print media. This individual will play a key role in the production of high-quality content across a range of channels, including social media ads, lookbooks, website design, and more. You will be responsible for taking direction from the team and producing polished, visually engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic. We are looking for someone who is motivated, efficient, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Collaborate with the creative marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platformsCreate and edit graphics for social media ads, website design, email campaigns, and moreAssist in the design and formatting of lookbooks, promotional materials, and product pagesPhoto editing, retouching, and image selects to ensure consistency and brand alignmentDesign layouts for digital and print marketing materials, maintaining high standards of qualityEdit video content for social media and digital campaignsOrganize and manage files within Dropbox and other shared platforms for efficient collaborationContribute ideas for visual campaigns and new creative directionsMinimum Qualifications : 3 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Proficient in photo editing and retouchingStrong graphic design and layout creation skillsExperience in video editing and motion graphicsKnowledge of web design principles (experience with web design is a plus)Experience working in the apparel or fashion industry is preferredHigh level of self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational skills with a keen attention to detailDesire to learn new techniques and grow your skill set in the creative fieldAbility to take direction while maintaining a proactive approach to workOther Requirements : Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasksThis is a full-time / hourly, in-office position based in Santa Barbara, CA.
