Responsibilities:
*Pay employees by calculating pay and deductions and issuing checks.
*Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.
*Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes.
*Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping confidential information.
Work Hours & Benefits:
*Full time hours (on site)
*8 hour shift
*Monday through Friday
*Tuition and/or certification reimbursement
*Paid Time Off
*Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (Affordable Care Act compliant)

*Previous payroll software experience a plus, but not required
*Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, a plus
*Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus, but not required.
