PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remove supplies from closet and set up
- Set up tables and coffee station
- Clean and prepare food service station
- Prepare set ups (napkin, fork, spoon & knife)
- Serve breakfast and lunch to senior adults
- Clean up food service station, remove tablecloths from table, return items from tables to closet
- Put away remaining milk and juice
- Keep inventory of all paper supplies
- Perform daily temperature checks of meals from caterer and maintain daily logs.
- Attend all in-service and meetings, as required by supervisor
- All other projects assigned by supervisor
- Food handler certification
- DFTA training and in-service program
