As a Senior Client Partner, you’re a leader and indispensable partner in coming up with solutions that forge stronger client relationships and success for JOAN Studios. You are able to provide positive momentum to keep projects moving with excellence, while also knowing when to escalate. You are able to navigate more complex client needs, including keeping an ear out for organic opportunities, managing difficult situations (i.e. overages, scope management conversations, etc.) and proactive expectation setting. You also have strong verbal and written skills, are persuasive, strategic, and have proven financial management acumen.

Additionally, you have an understanding of client and team dynamics in the social space as well as knowledge of best practices and understanding of social production models to help sell into clients.

  • Creator Conduit - ability to connect the influencer / creator and social teams, ensuring influencer is integrated as part of the full funnel strategic approach

  • Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full project life cycle ownership : the design of and continual management of project expectations while delivering and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
  • Responsible for the navigation and close management of a project's scope and budget as well as overall profitability, ensuring that workflows are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You also participate and take ownership of internal finance responsibilities, in coordination with the finance team.
  • Management of day-to-day project activities and resources required to deliver on project tasks and in accordance with the SOW
  • Responsible for management of direct day-to-day client communications including meeting reporting, feedback tracking and general ushering of the client through our Studios offering
  • Responsible for internal relationship management including contact reporting of internal meetings, communication of client feedback, & tracking and ensuring feedback is addressed
  • You will flag projects that are not going according to scope and bring in senior management early and often to help mitigate
  • You will work closely with the JOAN Business Affairs team across all appropriate aspects of your project
  • Responsible for the clean wrap-up of a given project including budget wrap and overall job wrap as per the JOAN Studios guidelines
  • Responsible for managing ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
