• Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and insurance
• Resolve booking issues, payment discrepancies, or itinerary conflicts by collaborating with vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Stay informed aboutindustry trends, policies, and COVID-19 protocols to provide accurate advice to customers
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services such as upgrades, travel insurance, or additional packages
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry welcome but not mandatory
