Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and  insurance. Resolve booking issues, payment discrepancies, or itinerary conflicts by collaborating with vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.. Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and COVID-19 protocols to provide accurate advice to customers. Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services such as upgrades, travel insurance, or additional packages. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications : Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry welcome but not mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex issues. Proficiency in multitasking and working in a remote environment with minimal supervision. High attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and seamless travel experiences.
