Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old
• Must be based in the USA, UK, Mexico, or Australia
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Access to a computer and consistent wifi connection

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for businesses, sports teams, weddings, vacations, and more
• Assess and determine clients' preferences and travel needs, including schedules, budgets, and payment plans
• Plan and organize travel itineraries, including tour packages, cruises, excursions, and day trips
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, event tickets, and special activities like honeymoons or destination weddings
• Ensure clients receive all necessary documentation such as travel authorizations, flight tickets, and entry passes for events or attractions
• Handle any changes or adjustments to bookings, ensuring smooth travel experiences from start to finish
