This role is ideal for those with a passion for horse care and a strong work ethic. Workers will be responsible for grooming, cleaning stables, and general farm duties related to the care and well-being of high-value horses.
Key Responsibilities:
•Grooming and caring for horses daily
•Cleaning and maintaining horse sheds and farm facilities
•Feeding and watering horses according to set schedules
•Assisting with general farm work as needed
•Following farm protocols to maintain a high standard of care
Requirements:
•Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn
•Good physical condition and ability to handle farm work
•References from previous employers required
•Willingness to relocate to Kentucky (Relocation support provided)
It will be an advantage if you have previous experience working with horses and other farm work but not essential.
