Job Coaches assist individuals with disabilities to learn and accurately carry out job duties. Job Coaches provide one-on-one training tailored to the needs of the employee.
Current Opening in Cushing is for Saturday and Sundays from 11am to 2pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support and training at clients' workplaces.
- Enhance and develop relevant job skills.
- Guide clients in adapting to workplace culture and environment.
- Collaborate with employers to implement workplace accommodations.
- Monitor client progress, providing feedback and improvement strategies.
- Assist clients in developing problem-solving skills and understanding workplace policies.
- Regularly report to the employment consultant on client progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
- Experience in supervising or training in the workplace preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrates empathy and patience, with a genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities.
- Is resourceful and adaptable, able to tailor coaching methods to diverse needs and use personal work experience as a teaching tool.

- Has a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with employers, clients, and team members.
- Displays a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of disability support.
We are currently looking for a Job Coach to work in the Tulsa County area.. We pay $15.00Hr. No experience required we will train the right person. Must have a reliable way to get to job sites. This is a On Call as Needed Job.
