Responsibilities
Customer Service Manager
- Manage two Customer Service Representatives.
Enter and acknowledge purchase orders.
Negotiate shipping schedules.
Communicate order tracking and other shipment related needs.
Participate in manufacturing scheduling meetings by communicating customer requirements.
Work with engineering, quality, and accounting to get required documentation and information from the customer.
Initiate and manage requotes.
Work with Area Sales Managers and our team of Manufacturers Reps.
Support payment escalation activities with accounting.
5 years of experience working as a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager for a large manufacturing company.
Strong working knowledge of SAP.
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Establish positive business relationships with all customers.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
Communicate effectively with personnel in engineering, accounting, purchasing and quality.
Facilitate communication between the customer and appropriate departments at Xymox.
Effective in juggling multiple priorities and tasks.
Consistently demonstrates behaviors to get the job done.
