Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in quality management or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
Prefer a Six Sigma belt certification.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, CAPA).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM) are a plus.
IATF 16949 Auditor preferred.
