Chief Estimator - Tank & Pump Construction

Job description: Oversees and manages the estimating team, and all its functions, and is responsible for the overall performance of the department. The estimating team focuses on environmental and fuel facility-focused projects and services. Experience in Pump and Tank Industry a real plus

• Accountable for managing, motivating, and training the estimating team and must ensure that all estimates are submitted accurately, consistently, and timely for the Construction and Service Business Units.
• Preparing a portion of the construction and service estimates.
  
  

Qualifications: Qualifications:

• Must HAVE estimating experience in the construction, environmental, or similar industry
• Must be detail-oriented while also having the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to manage and generate project estimates for projects ranging from $25,000 up to $5,000,000.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of excel
• Knowledge of Cost Estimating Software is preferred
• Ability to read plans and other project documents
